If you're an adult penguin (chicks and apprentices can't have chicks) and are looking for some people to be your chicks, create a thread with this form or look for other penguins with forms who want parents.
1.) Username
2.) Display Name
3.) What Band are you in?
4.) What rank are you (Leader, Deputy, Healer or Gladiator)?
5.) Do you have a mate?
6.) If so, what is his/her username, display name and Band?
7.) How many chicks do you want?
8.) Do you have any gender preferences? If yes, please explain.
9.) Do you have any appearance preferences? If yes, please explain.
10.) Do you have any personality preferences? If yes, please explain.
11.) Would you rather adopt or birth the chicks?
12.) If you or your mate would rather give birth, would you want a RP about the birth?
Make sure to check your thread often to see if anyone has posted that they would like to be your chicks. Decide on a date of birth if they agree to be born by you. (This is the date you would create an RP of the birth if that is your preference.) If you are adopting them, set up a location where you will meet them for the first time. Make sure to put in parenthesis next to the title that it is you and that user only if you don't want others to interrupt. Thanks!
