Bored

[Storm]

Well Storm was bored. very bored at the fact, that there was nothing to do and there was noone to play with. She was the only chick in Ocean Band and it was plain annoying. Outsider chick that what she was. Everyone else was either a Gladiator young chick or the actual leader. She waddled out of the igloo, and saw a polor bear walk by. She ran back inside breathing harder than ever. She peeked out and with the conor of her eye she saw it sick down and eat a seal carcass. That was close, sometimes these igloos was way too close to these things. She tiptoed slowly out of the igloo and when she was away enough for the bear she ran ar away and went smack dab into a glacier.

[Rain]

Rain saw poor Storm cowering behind the chicks' igloo and raced over to him. Was something terribly wrong with the penguin? Her mind raced with all the bad things that could happen and when she finally caught her breath and slowed down, she had reached Storm. "Storm," she gasped. "What's the matter?" Then she looked over and saw the polar bear. She let out her shaky breath in a sigh of relief. "Oh that's a polar bear," she said. "It won't hurt you if you don't hurt it."

[Storm]

"Oh," Storm said sighing a breath of relief. "Um, where are the others," she asked looking around for the gladiator yound wings. "I can't wait until I become a Young wing," she said excitedly.

[Dasani]

Dasani approached right as the new chick in Ocean Band, Storm, was waddling up to Rain, her leader and mentor. "Hi!" she screamed. "What's your name?" She smiled at the two penguins, reminding themselves of home. "This is great! Oh and my name's Dasani." She looked at the polar bear crossing their paths and almost yowled in shock. What was that? She remembered something that she dreamt of before but she couldn't quite put her flipper on it. She sighed. Life was so difficult sometimes...

[Rain]

Rain sighed when Storm answered her quickly. He was okay, she could go on living now. She chuckled to herself only to jump again when Dasani approached. The leader caught her breath in her throat and then let it out. She gave Dasani a good stare and then turned back to the chick. "Are you sure-" she began only to be cut off by Dasani. "Hi! What's your name? This is great! Oh and my name's Dasani." She rolled her eyes. Hadn't they already met?

Rain tried to reach into Dasani's brain but she was blocked out by a black cloud of confusion. Was she trying to remember something? Perhaps another dream? She clamped her beak together and tried to look like she was okay and breathing. "Dasani," she whispered. "Can I talk to you for a moment?" She glanced back at Storm to make sure he was doing alright. He seemed to be... She couldn't base it on that though. She shrugged it off and waddled away, hoping the young wing would follow.
